Minor details such as slight marks, uneven handmade textures, small glue traces, natural flower shape differences, or small arrangement differences that do not affect normal display or use are considered part of the handcrafted character of the product.
These variations are not considered defects when consistent with the product description. Refunds or returns will not be accepted solely for minor handcrafted variations, except where required by applicable law.
